4. Series B: More of what took place previously.
5. Series C: CRO (Usually 1st sales hire) + Founder + Sales Team

Stages 1→4: The company is doing cool sh*t, trying, iterating...

Stages 5→IPO: The company starts to act like incumbents 𝘺𝘢𝘸𝘯

4. Series E 1→IPO+: Typical Enterprise Sales Approach...

- Creativity is lost.

- Messaging is lost.

- Spam show-up & throw-up.

- BDR's creating sh*t sequences.

- No research on clients, industry...
