3 Ways to P*ss-off your network!

How to avoid amateur hour! And Outreach like a Pro!

There's a LOT OF SH*T going around on how to Outreach!

(it's called prospecting btw).

So much rubbish about how "I created XX ARR/MRR in 6 months"

Guess what?

→ MRR is 'monthly reoccuring (is it really reoccurring or a 3 month project?)
→ ARR is 'annual reoccuring' (is there a multi-year contract in place?)

Ok, rant over... lets get into the good stuff.

Lets break this down on the 3 don'ts.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 3 𝗗𝗼𝗻't𝘀

⇢ 𝗗𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗅
↳ Establishing a new relationship takes time.
↳ Just because some connects doesn't warrant interest.
↳ Provide value first, support their content, make a suggestion.

⇢ 𝗗𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗮 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗅
↳ Sending a Video to open is JUST WEIRD - DONT!
↳ Don't come on strong, it's a game of tennis (Let them hit the ball back).
↳ Don't ask STUPID QUESTIONS... yes there are STUPID QUESTIONS!

⇢ 𝗗𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗥𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗅
↳ People move at varying speeds, match their pace let people get comfortable.
↳ When re-checking in to a non-response, 'add value' in the re-approach.
↳ Don't binge and like 20 posts in single sitting, take the time to review posts you like!

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁?

Your network is your net worth.

Treat them well and connect respectfully and engage so that you provide value both ways.

Don't be a BOB SUGAR!

BE JERRY!
