- Learning new skills (slowly).
- Lack of self imposed deadlines.
- Posting โmehโ content occasionally.
- Not learning or improving on sales skills.
- Making excuses to do โsomethingโ tomorrow.
- Criticising & giving advice from the back seat.

- Posting daily.
- Trying to be better than yesterday.
- Repeating steps 1 & 2 (until you get it).
- There are days when it's easier than others.

After a scooter accident in 2007, doctors said he would never run again.
That's when Neistat's sub-3 marathon goal began.
2009, Neistat ran his first NYC Marathon.
He consistently aimed for a sub-3-hour finish since his first attempt.
2023, he missed his goal by 87 seconds, his was time 3 hours and 1.5 minutes.
2024, Casey's time was 2 hours and 57 minutes.
Mission accomplished.
There's more to just posting daily.
What's your hard thing?
What's your trauma?
What's your goal?
I'll share mine in the coming posts.
But I'll leave you with this...
I don't expect to hit my goal for at least 5 years.
